Large legal entities file via SBR from financial year 2025.
For financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2025, the electronic filing requirement via SBR also applies to large legal entities. Block tagging of the directors' report, notes and other information is the announced next step, with no date set yet. Until then the SBR rules do not allow voluntary block tagging of the financial statements. Doc2iXBRL's KvK packages leave all three untagged.
